Zeus Enterprise
Zeus Enterprise includes all of modules and features Zeus Professional contains, plus the ability to have separate service and request groups. An example might be that the broadcast engineering department needs to manage the broadcast equipment doesn’t want to see service requests from other departments. Likewise, the facilities group and IT group may also want to operate the same way. Enterprise also allows for service requests to be managed together by members of different groups. For example, a service request might require service from someone in the broadcast engineering department and someone in the IT department. And like all versions of Zeus, Zeus Enterprise is available installed or we can provide it in the cloud.
